2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form (name, email and message). Additionally, and only with your consent granted through the cookie banner, we may collect aggregated technical information about site usage (for example, pages visited, device and browser). We do not request sensitive data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to: (a) reply to your query and share related additional information about the service, on the basis of the pre-contractual relationship you requested; (b) improve site operation and content, on the basis of our legitimate interest; and (c) send communications when your prior, free and informed consent exists.
4. Retention period
We keep the form data for the duration of your relationship with us and for an additional reasonable period to comply with legal or accounting obligations or to address potential claims, up to a maximum of 5 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a different period.
5. Recipients
Data is processed by authorized Finansear personnel and by technology providers acting as data processors (for example, hosting, email and web measurement services). Those providers are contractually required to maintain adequate security and confidentiality levels. We do not sell nor transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may be located outside the Argentine Republic. In those cases we apply adequate safeguards, such as contractual clauses and equivalent levels of protection according to the applicable regulations.
7. Rights of data subjects
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition provided by Law Nº 25.326. To do so, write to hola@finansear.com stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the enforcement authority, has the power to hear complaints filed for non-compliance with current regulations.
8. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, data minimization and periodic provider reviews. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the total absence of risks.
9. Minors
The site is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly request nor process information from minors. If we detect data from minors we will proceed to delete it.
